On June 8th, 2013, 34-year-old Stefano Cucca left his home in Sorso, Sardinia to bicycle around the world to promote sustainable, eco-friendly lifestyles. Thus far, Stefano has ridden 30,000 kilometers and he hasn’t left Sardinia, yet.

I offered him a roof over his head if he gets this far. As he is cycling from Sardinia, it gives me plenty of time to break the news to Mrs Sensible, and for her to clean the guest room 🙂

In the summer, I drive from Northern Italy to the south for my holidays. I would never try cycling that distance.
