It is just lucky that this was caught on camera. To be honest this is an everyday occurrence.
I am surprised it was not me in the drivers seat, with Mrs Sensible saying ” no left hand down a bit .. no now the other way”

HAHAHAHA!!!! – Even with capital letters I can not convey how HILARIOUS I find this! I have never seen anything like this is in my life, surely only Italians are capable of such off the scale drama?? Having been laid up in bed with a bad back today, this cheered my day immensely!! Wonderful !

To be honest, this is normal life in Italy. I watched a guy on a motorbike stop at the red traffic lights, put on his helmet, make the cross and then drive straight through the red light and the traffic that was driving from left to right.
When he arrived at the other side of the junction he crossed himself once more, took of his helmet and continued on his way.
I was flabbergasted, Mrs Sensible just shrugged.
I wish I had had my camera with me.

LOL!!! I saw something similar happening right in front of my place. I parked my car and a SmartCar was trying to do a 3 point turn where normally even a van or a rubbish truck (which is usually where they do this turn as the road is a little to tight but is a 2 way street) can do which absolute ease. I was amused at the whole incident. it took them 40 mins and a lot of glaring at me for taking up that parking space nearest to it. I just sat in the car with my friends and we just stared. Needless to say, she wasn’t the least bit amused with us. 😛
